Rod string equipment offered by KSBS consists of suckers rods various classes, polished rods, pony rods, centralisers and couplings.
Sucker rods and their couplings areused in Oil exploration and production for all kind of wells independent of their type of oil. They are designed to transmit torque from the surface to the rotor of the pump when using progessing cavity pumps or veritcal movement when using plunger pumps. The dimensions and technical conditions for manufacturing the rods are in full compliance with API spec. 11B.
The uppermost joint in the string of sucker rods used in a rod pump artificial-lift system. The polished rod enables an efficient hydraulic seal to be made around the reciprocatin rod string.

KSBS manufactures a wide variety of couplings in various sizes for subsurface rod pumps. Couplings are available in the following materials: steel, alloy, stainless steel and nickel-copper alloy. Sucker rod couplings and polished-rod couplings are provided in API Grade T and non API grade spray metal.
Use of the KSBS centralizer minimizes the rod and tubing wear considerably. This special non-rotating centralizer acts like a bearing and centralizes the rod string inside the tubing. The centralizer consists of two pieces: polished shaft rotating in the xed non-rotating sleeve.
